As of July 5, 2022, the Library offers Adventure Passes to attractions in the greater Milwaukee Area. Citizens with a library card ages 18 and up can check out a pass for free admission to regional attractions: Betty Brinn Children's Museum, Mitchell Park Domes, and the Milwaukee County Zoo.  As of March 27, 2023, the Schlitz Audubon Nature Center in Bayside has been added.   As of May 23, 2023, the Wisconsin Historical Society has been added.  Please read through the library's policy.   
Details about passes:
🎟First come, first serve.
⏳ No holds and/or advanced reservations.
💲Passes must be returned to the circulation desk during regular open hours.  If returned to either book return, a $10 fee is charged.
🏘 One pass per household at a time.
⌚️ 3-day checkout period. 
💲 Passes returned after the loan period will be assessed a late charge of $10 per day
Passes are due back to the circulation desk at JRML according to the following: 
The library has one pass to the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum in Milwaukee. The pass admits up to six (6) people and includes discounted parking.
The library has three (3) passes available. Each admits a family of four (4)  and includes discounts at the gift shop. This is a "Household Pass." Only patrons who live in the same residence will get in with this pass. Patrons who live in a separate residence will need to purchase a ticket at the door.
The library has two (2) passes for the Milwaukee County Zoo. Each pass admits up to eight (8) people.  Included are parking for one (1) vehicle and a discount at the gift shops
The Library has one (1) pass for the Schlitz Audubon Nature Center located in Bayside, WI. The pass admits two (2) adults and all children aged 17 and under. Parking included.
The Library has one (1) pass for the Wisconsin Historical Society.  The pass admits two (2) adults and all children under age 18.  10% off merchandise. With this pass, you can visit 12 sites in Wisconsin (see list below).  JRML recommends checking each location's website for information about visiting.
