Hoopla is a media streaming platform for digital audiobooks, comics, e-books, movies, music, and television shows. All items can be checked out for free with your Jack Russell Memorial Library card. Hoopla items are available with no holds or wait time. Patrons are limited to 5 items per month per library card. Acorn TV and Great Courses are examples of content available! Subscription for Jack Russell Memorial Library card holders. Other areas may be limited.

Digital audiobooks and e-books are available to Jack Russell Memorial Library patrons at Wisconsin's Digital Library which is brought to you by Monarch Library System and the Wisconsin Public Library Consortium. To download, you must have the free software available from Overdrive. To see a list of audiobooks and e-books available go to the Wisconsin's Digital Library website to see the titles.

Libby - Overdrive created a new app called Libby that has many requested features that are not available in the Old Overdrive App. See the instructions below for how to get the app and download books.

How to install the Libby on
  • Apple devices - Plesae note as of October 2021, Libby is no longer supported on devices running iOS 9 and below.
