JRML has 3 study rooms and 2 larger meeting rooms available for use
Study Rooms
Three (3) small rooms located on the second floor.
Room 208 accommodates up to six (6) people.
Room 209 & 210 accommodate up to four (4) people each.

Conference Room
The Conference Room is located on the second floor.
The room accommodates up to ten (10) people and contains a large conference table with chairs.
Available Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 9am-7:30pm
Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday: 9am-1:30pm
For-profit businesses or individuals charging any type of fee for the meeting, are required to pay for the use of this room.

Community Room
The Community Room is located on the first floor, just inside the entrance.
The room accommodates up to 50 people seated and 100 people standing.
For seated meetings, a center aisle must be available and exits cannot be blocked. Mixed use of the room (standing and seated) is not allowed.

Monday-Thursday: 9am-7:30pm
Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday: 9am-1:30pm
Set-up and cleanup of this room is the responsibility of the person(s) reserving the space. Please consider this before reserving the space. The person(s) reserving the space may not enter the building before the library opens (9am).
For-profit businesses or individuals charging any type of fee for the meeting, are required to pay for the use of this room.

Outdoor Patio Areas
The library has two (2) outdoor patio areas.
The Mill Pond Public Patio, located on the first floor, accommodates 50 people.
The South-Side Balcony, located on the second floor, accommodates 25 people.
Availability:
Patios are open May 1-October 31, weather permitting. The library reserves the right to close patios and cancel any scheduled meetings due to bad weather. There may not be another available space inside the library to hold the meeting, if cancelled.
Limited numbers of tables and chairs are available on both patios. These will not accommodate the capacity. Additional tables and chair are not available from the library.
