Additionally, the Library is always accepting applications. All applications are kept on file for one (1) year. City of Hartford applications can be picked up at the circulation desk during regular library hours or you may download a copy of the application here and drop it off in person or email it to hartfordpl(at)hartfordlibrary.org .
