Get a Meeting Room

Meeting Rooms

JRML has 3 study rooms and 2 larger meeting rooms available for use

Study Rooms

Three (3) small rooms located on the second floor.

  • 1 room accommodates up to 6 people
  • 2 rooms accommodate up to 4 people
  • May be reserved ahead of time or by walk-in as availability allows

To reserve one of these rooms, please call the library at 262-673-8240 and press 2 to be connected with staff.

Conference Room

The Conference Room is located on the second floor.

  • Accommodates up to 10 people
  • Contains a large conference table with chairs
  • White board & television available - must be requested ahead of time

Open hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 9am-7:30pm
  • Friday: 9am-5pm
  • Saturday 9am-1:30pm

For-profit businesses or individuals charging any type of fee for the meeting, are required to pay for the use of this room.

Community Room

The Community Room is located on the first floor, just inside the entrance.

  • Accommodates up to 50 people seated & 100 people standing
    • For seated meetings, a center aisle must be available & exists cannot be blocked, per fire code
    • Mixed use (standing & seated) is not allowed, per fire code
  • Set up & cleanup is the responsibility of the person(s) reserving the space
    • Please take into account set up time before reserving the space
    • No one is allowed inside the library to set up before the library opens at 9am.
  • Room has a projector, sound system, & microphone available for use
  • White board & television available - must be requested ahead of time

Open hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 9am-7:30pm
  • Friday: 9am-5pm
  • Saturdays are unavailable for the remainder of 2026.

Paperwork is required to reserve this room. Please fill out the Meeting Room Reservation Form to complete your reservation & return to staff at the Circulation or email to [email protected].

 

Outdoor Patio Areas

The library has 2 outdoor patio areas.

The Mill Pond Public Patio, located on the first floor, accommodates up to 50 people.

The South-Side Balcony, located on the second floor, accommodates up to 25 people.

  • Limited numbers of tables and chairs are available & will not accommodate the capacity. Additional tables & chairs are not available from the library.

Open hours:

  • The patios are open May 1-October 31, weather permitting.
  • Monday-Thursday: 9am-7:30pm
  • Friday: 9am-5pm
  • Saturday: 9am-1:30pm

The library reserves the right to close patios and cancel any scheduled meetings due to bad weather. There may not be another available space inside the library to hold the meeting, if cancelled.
